Empty Stomach All Pain No Gain

Empty Stomach All Pain No Gain

Does having an empty stomach make acid reflux worse?

I would say it does. I have suffered with acid reflux for several years now and I noticed when I wake up in the morning on an empty stomach acid reflux can be pretty bad. Heartburn and acid reflux has a tendency to flare up when I have been on the go all day long and have forgotten to eat. It has happened so much now, that the acid reflux has become an alarm clock for me to get some food in my stomach. Usually I am a little late at getting the clues until it gets so painful I have to do something about it. I get some breakfast , lunch, or a snack to fill the void. I usually take some T-Drops to stop the acid or heartburn pain while either p

reparing or waiting for my food. The T-Drops work fast to stop that acid reflux and then getting some food in my stomach keeps it from coming back for a while. Don’t follow my example and learn the hard way. Eat balanced meals and some snacks. Carry with you some T-Drops for when you are moving at the current pace of life and forget to eat. Most of all don’t allow yourself to go to long without eating or snacking or you will pay for it dearly.

Key Points:

  1. Avoid drinking water on an empty stomach; it sometimes aggravates acid reflux more.
  2. Don’t over eat because you are hungry; It causes more acid reflux and heartburn.
  3. Make sure you slow down. Eat slowly to help digest your food better.
  4. Don’t eat on the run. Sit down and enjoy your food.
  5. Eat Healthier options like bananas and yogurt.
  6. Don’t forget some healthy snacks during the day.
  7. T-Drops are the all-natural remedy for stomach discomfort.
