Many people say that yogurt can help soothe your esophagus and help with acid reflux and heartburn. We know that it is good for digestion and because it is smooth and cool it can help calm heartburn. I am not a Yogurt lover and it took me a while to incorporate some yogurt in my daily diet. What I usually do is have a banana and a yogurt for lunch. When there is no other competition of available foods to eat at home it is much easier to eat yogurt especially when you are hungry. After a while, you acquire a taste for it and actually enjoy it. Some fruits that are always good choices that will help you are pineapple, peach, blueberry, cherry and strawberry. I even changed the texture and taste by adding some granola.
