Does Yogurt help fight acid reflux and heartburn?

Many people say that yogurt can help soothe your esophagus and help with acid reflux and heartburn. We know that it is good for digestion and because it is smooth and cool it can help calm heartburn. I am not a Yogurt lover and it took me a while to incorporate some yogurt in my daily diet. What I usually do is have a banana and a yogurt for lunch. When there is no other competition of available foods to eat at home it is much easier to eat yogurt especially when you are hungry. After a while, you acquire a taste for it and actually enjoy it. I know when I first ate yogurt

; I would throw it out after one spoonful. I have finally graduated, with the help of many fruity flavors, to finishing an entire container. When eating yogurt remember that it’s best to eat it with the fruits that help fight acid reflux and indigestion. Some fruits that are always good choices that will help you are pineapple, peach, blueberry, cherry and strawberry. I even changed the texture and taste by adding some granola. I always have T-Drops with me especially when I am extra hungry and decide to eat more than what I brought for lunch. When you are having heartburn and acid reflux, T-Drops can help mostly but having a regular diet that includes yogurt will help your digestion in the long run. With summer almost here, someone please convince me that frozen yogurt is good too.

T-Drops the all-natural solution to stomach discomfort.
