Stress and Acid Reflux

I have noticed that I get a lot of Acid Reflux when I am really stressed. The next time you get really bad acid reflux or heartburn evaluate your level of stress.

I don’t think stress in and of itself causes these symptoms but it definitely makes the

m worse not better. Do something to help stay calm and reduce stress like taking a hot bath,

relaxing with your feet up, whistling while working (its true it helps reduce stress), or just suck on a

Tea-Drop it can reduce acid reflux and stress.
