eggs, can a great resource for eating. Usually Easter eggs are boiled and not fried because then they would be hard to paint and also not as good at keeping away that reflux and heartburn. Anything fatty is going to make your problem worse so low fat cheese; yogurt, etc. can be a good friend. Usually men would not think it’s manly to eat quiche. If you have suffered from acid reflux long enough then you have struggled to some point to find those “stomach friendly” foods. Quiche can serve as a great dish to keep your acid reflux under control by keeping your diet low in fat and giving you that quick morning breakfast you need. There is nothing worse than having acid reflux on an empty stomach! So don’t just paint eggs this Easter eat some! Oh, men, don’t be afraid to eat quiche.
