Is Chai Tea good for my Digestion?

Chai Tea is great for digestion. It is a mixture of black tea or Chicory, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, pepper, and cardamom.  It is prepared with milk or soy, honey or sugar.

These ingredients are good for digestion. Chai Tea comes in many variations so keep trying it until you find the one you like.

I stopped drinking coffee about six months

ago and felt lost at Starbucks until I discovered the world of Chai for the second time. The first time I tried it was 19 years ago while living in Portland Oregon. Everyone seemed to be drinking it so I decided to try it too. The first sip of that fancy to go cup ended up being spitted all over the front of my car. It tasted like Pumpkin Pie without the Pumpkin or pie. I guess my taste buds weren’t mature enough until now. I don’t remember it tasting this good!  Try the Iced Chai Tea Latte it’s even better cold.

It’s still not as good as our all natural T-Drops. The Cinnamon Chai that we made was very delicious and reduced acid reflux and heartburn at the same time.
